Studios 1 and 2 are connected by a double connecting door. This connection also makes it possible to book the two studios as one double studio.
The Bavarian-style studio has 20 m² with a fully equipped pantry with branded appliances and kitchen utensils, a queen-size bed, a work space, a seating area with two armchairs and a small table and a modern bathroom with a large rain shower.
In the studio there is a high-quality TV with a soundbar. The bedroom bed and the work area have inductive charging stations. In the closet there are enough hangers, an iron with a board and a step.
The apartment is an ideal destination for every season.
In winter you can visit various ski areas (Spitzingsee, Sudelfeld, Brauneck) around the village (ski bus within walking distance), there are cross-country ski trails, skate or curling on frozen lakes, enjoy a romantic horse-drawn sleigh ride or try a sleigh ride down the valley on one of the surrounding toboggan runs . Snowshoe hikes with a stop at the Alm are also possible. Or you can enjoy the Monte Mare swimming pool in town and put in a bathing day with slides and wellness.
In summer you can do numerous leisure activities like: mountain hiking of all levels of difficulty, summer toboggan runs, climbing parks in the forest, swimming/boating in the surrounding lakes, cycling tours, paragliding, festivals and lively Bavarian culture. There is a wide range of activities around the Schliersee for children: A round trip on the Schliersee, lido with restaurant and large playground, beach volleyball court and water trampoline facility, Schliersbergalm accessible by cable car, mini golf, pool facility, Wasmeier open-air museum, herb hikes, pony rides , adventure playgrounds, downhill kart rides on the Spitzingsee or walk to the Josefstaler waterfalls (suitable for prams) and much more.
Munich is only 40 minutes away by car or 45 minutes by train. Other interesting places such as Neuschwanstein Castle or the highest point in Germany - the Zugspitze or Salzburg in Austria - are easily accessible as a day trip by car and are highly recommended.

The AlpenOase Studio is within walking distance to the Schliersee in a hotel complex on the 3rd floor (elevator available), with a fantastic view at the foot of the Upper Bavarian Alps.
All shops for daily needs are within walking distance, as is public transport (bus, train). Ski rental/equipment at Intersport in town. Hearty parlors and restaurants as well as wonderful beer gardens are also located in the village. Rowing and pedal boats, electric boats and SUPs (standup paddling) can be rented at several stations.
The Schliersee can be circumnavigated comfortably in 1 1/2 hours, suitable for bicycles and prams. Many hiking trails start from there in all directions.
Please note: the studio is located in a hotel building (3rd floor) but is not part of the establishment. This means that the hotel facilities (swimming pool, playroom, dining) are reserved for hotel guests. The playground in the outdoor area can be used. Likewise, the room is not entered or cleaned by the hotel employees. The final cleaning is done by us after departure, bed linen/towels are changed weekly.

Small dogs are allowed after consultation. Please make sure that they are not allowed on the sofas or in the beds, but lie in the dog bed provided.
